Velaro allows you to integrate with other systems when chats are initiated and completed. Once a chat is initiated, Velaro allows you to notify your web analytics provider via Javascript so that you can integrate the effectiveness of your live help with other web reporting tools you may have. Use these options to notify third party software via javascript when chats are initiated and completed.

To add code to your website linking Velaro to your analytics tool, proceed as follows:

1. Go to http://login.velaro.com and log in
2. In the menu at the top, go to Engage > Design
3. Select 'Chat' from the 'Current Form' drop down box
4. Select the 'Embed tracking script in chat window' link on the lower left of the page
4. Place the javascript from your web analytics software that will track chats into that box and press Apply Change.

This script is executed in your visitor's chat window as soon as the chat is initiated, tracking the chats for you.
