If you have your visitor monitoring script set up to automatically request a chat after a visitor has been on a page for "X" seconds, but you don't want it to ask them continuously during their visit as they navigate your website. Here's how to delay the next request the visitor recieves:

1. Go to http://login.velaro.com
2. Log into the Velaro Control Panel
3. Under Set-up-> Visitor Filtering
4. Set the "Auto-open chat request frequency" to the number of hours until the visitor receives another request after they have first been asked (if you set this to 24, they will not be asked again for 24 hours)
5. Be sure to click ->Apply Changes

Now your visitors will only be asked if they would like to chat every "X" hours.
