Is it possible to have Velaro auto e-mail our chat transcripts to multiple e-mail addresses?

Once a chat has been completed you can have the transcript emailed to more than one email address.

1. Log into the Control Panel at http://login.velaro.com with your administrative login.
2. Go to Engage > Design and select the "Chat" form that will appear on the left side of the page.
3. When the page refreshes, select the department, if any, you would like to setup for transcripts to be emailed to.

4. The select the "E-mail address to send transcript" link and a box will appear at the bottom of the screen.
5. Put in a valid email address in the box provided. If you wish to have the transcripts emailed to more than one email address separate them with a semi colin (;)

You transcripts will now be emailed once the chat has finished to all listed e-mails.
