How do I change the e-mail address that Velaro sends missed chats for my individual departments?


If you would like to change where your missed chat emails are being sent follow these steps.

By default they go to the primary email contact on the account. This is how you can specify where these emails are sent.

1. Go to the Control Panel at http://login.velaro.com
2. Select Engage-> Design
3. Select the menu on the left for "No One Available"
4. Select the department you wish.
5. Select "use standard not here form"
6. You may enter the email that the standard not here form will be sent to.Make sure you click "apply" when you have made your changes.

If you are using a custom survey for your not here submissions.
1. Go to Setup -> Surveys
2. Locate and select the survey you are using for your not here submissions.
4. When the survey appears for editing, approximately the fifth line down will say "Survey Results" to the right of that click the button "New Address"
5. Enter the email address you wish to have these results emailed to. Click "Ok"

If you wish to have the not here survey results emailed to different address's based on department. Create a survey for each department and set the email address accordingly in each survey.

1. Go to Engage -> Design
2. Select "No One Available"
3. Select your department
4. Select "Embed custom survey"
5. Select the correct survey from the drop down list for that department.

The missed chat emails should now go to the email specified in either the custom surveys you have made or the email specified under "Use standard not here form"
