How do I update my billing information?


You can now update your billing information from the Velaro Control Panel.

1. Log into the Velaro Control Panel at http://billing.velaro.com with your administrative login.
2. Input your new billing information in the areas provided.
Make sure you input your company name, name on credit card, credit card type, card number, security code (normally found on back of card) and the expirartion date on the card.
3. If your billing address is also different please supply that information.
4. Click on "Submit" when you have input the new information to save your changes.

If your account has expired after you have input new card information please: 

Visit http://billing.velaro.com – log in to your account.

Under “Current Open Invoices” click: View

Scroll down to the bottom and click the “Pay Now” button
