To copy and paste the complete transcript record from the Velaro Agent Desktop you need to do the following:
1. Select an area within the chat window that does not have text
2. Press Control+A to select the entire record
3. Press Control+C to copy the entire record
4. Press Contorl+V to paste the record into a text document
