##DISPLAYNAME## - The name the website visitor filled out on the prechat survey
##WAITCOUNT## - The position of the visitor in the queue*
##TIMEWAITMIN## - The expected wait time minutes for the next available agent*
##TIMEWAITSECONDS## - The expected wait time seconds for the next available agent*

* = (Only available in the 'Waiting to chat' form)

The Velaro Wait time algorithm is determined by averaging the last five previous wait times.  This algorithm is derived from call centers as one of the most accurate ways to assess current wait time activity.
