How do I set up co-browsing?

How do I set up co-browsing?

In order to co-browse with customers, Velaro co-browsing must be enabled as part of your subscription. For Velaro SMB Plus and Enterprise subscribers, this is automatically included. If you are a Velaro SMB subscriber and would like to add co-browsing to your subscription, please contact your account manager: sales@velaro.com

To enable co-browsing, please send in a request by doing the following:

Login to the Velaro Control Panel: http://login.velaro.com

Goto Website > Cobrowsing

Click the plus sign to request a new domain be added to your account.

On the next screen enter a top level domain.

You DO NOT need to add "http://" only www.domain.com

Hit Insert

A request will then be sent to Velaro support to review your domain. Once approved you will be able to start co-browsing with your website visitors.
