To change the Header image of the chat window for a specific department,
do the following:
Log into the Velaro control panel: http://login.velaro.com
Goto: Engage> Design
In the “Working on” drop down, select the department for which you want
to update the header.
The form will then update with that specific department’s custom look.
Next select the: Header image link
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a field pointing
to the current header image.
Select “Select from Gallery” to update a header image.
This will open the image library from which you can select your
previously uploaded header image.
Should you need to upload
a new header image, you can do that by navigating to: Account > Image
