To swap or change registered users inside the Velaro Control Panel you will need to remove one user and add another. Once a registered user is created inside the Velaro Control Panel, that login name cannot be changed. We do this for security and reporting purposes.
To remove an existing user please do the following:
- Login to the Velaro Control Panel (http://login.velaro.com)
- Goto: Account > Users
- Select the User you wish to delete from the "Working on" drop down
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "delete" button
To add a new user please do the following:
- Click the "New" button
- Add in the user name, password, email, roles, etc.
