Survey Chart reports are not showing any charts


After selecting Surveys > Reports from the Control Panel, and selecting the survey results you want to view, you may not be seeing any data.  The cause of an empty result page may be one of the following:

1) You have not properly selected the proper date range.  Make sure that the date range currently set up actually includes a time period where surveys were submitted.

2) None of the questions within the survey contain data that can be charted.  Only those questions within a survey that are "choice oriented" questions may be charted.  Any questions that are open-ended and allow for random user input can not produce comparative charts.

If you want to see the actual data input for each individual survey, you can select the Individual Surveys option located directly above your list of survey's on the left side of the page.
